These terms govern your use of the Believers Tech Expo website and participation in our events and community programs.

    Agreement

    By accessing believerstechexpo.com or joining Believers Tech Expo (“BTE”) programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register for events.

    Who we are

    BTE (also known as Kingdom Technology Project) provides technology learning, community programs, events, and related content for believers in technology. Contact: administrations@believerstechexpo.com.

    Use of the website

    You may use this site for lawful personal or organizational purposes related to BTE. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content aggressively, upload malware, or misuse forms for spam or fraud.

    Accounts and submissions

    Information you submit through contact, join, newsletter, feedback, or event registration forms must be accurate. You are responsible for the content of your messages and applications.

    Events and registrations

    Event details (date, time, venue, virtual link) may change. Free registrations do not guarantee seating if capacity is limited. Paid events (when offered) are subject to the payment and refund terms shown at checkout. Tickets and virtual links are for personal use unless we say otherwise.

    Community standards

    Participation in BTE spaces is also governed by our Community Guidelines. We may refuse, suspend, or remove access for conduct that violates those guidelines or these terms.

    Intellectual property

    BTE logos, site design, workshop materials, and branded content belong to BTE or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them for commercial use without written permission. You keep ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to use it to operate our programs (for example displaying a testimonial you provided).

    Third-party links and tools

    We may link to WhatsApp, social platforms, payment providers, or partner sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

    Disclaimer

    The site and programs are provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Learning outcomes from workshops depend on individual effort.

    Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or attendance at events. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

    Changes

    We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
