The first half of 2026 focused on strengthening Believers Tech Expo's leadership structure, enhancing community engagement, delivering professional development initiatives, and advancing preparations for strategic programs. Through improved operational systems and collaborative planning, the organization laid a solid foundation for sustained growth and greater impact. Key Q1 highlights include weekly leadership coordination, stronger volunteer onboarding, an improved Post Your Work Friday cadence, the Job Skills and Professional Etiquette Workshop (40+ participants), progress on Faithnovation 1.0, and clearer departmental accountability. Key Q2 highlights include sustaining weekly leadership meetings, hosting The Effective Communication webinar (80+ participants), registering BTE with CAC, launching daily affirmations and job updates, and launching the official website at www.believerstechexpo.com.
